What it does
One & Done is a calm companion for Apple Reminders. It shows you the one thing to focus on now, and a running list of what you finished today. It works entirely with your existing reminders — no account, no sign-up, and nothing stored on any server.
Common questions
- Where do my tasks come from? Directly from the Apple Reminders app on your device. One & Done never creates a separate copy.
- Why did my "one thing" not change? That's intentional — your pick stays put until you complete it, skip it, or choose another, so it never shifts on its own.
- Do I need Apple Intelligence? No. If it's available it can help order your tasks on-device; if not, a built-in ranking is used.
- Which lists are used? All of them by default. You can turn lists off in Settings (your default Reminders list always stays on).
