One & Done · Last updated: September 18, 2026
The short version: One & Done is provided free, as-is, with no account, no server, and no warranty. Use it to help manage your own Apple Reminders. Don't rely on it for anything where a missed or mis-ordered task could cause serious harm.
By downloading or using One & Done, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
One & Done reads and updates the reminders already in your Apple Reminders app, on your device, to help you focus on one task at a time and track what you've completed. It requires Reminders access, granted through the standard iOS permission prompt, and works entirely offline aside from anything Apple's own Reminders/iCloud sync already does on your behalf.
There's no account or subscription. The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. One & Done is a personal productivity aid, not a substitute for your own judgment about what needs doing and when.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the app, including any task that is missed, delayed, mis-ordered, or otherwise not surfaced the way you expected.
One & Done does not host, back up, or store your reminders anywhere other than the Apple Reminders app on your device. You're responsible for your own Apple ID, iCloud sync settings, and backups, the same as you would be for the stock Reminders app. See the Privacy Policy for details on what the app does and doesn't do with your data.
Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app in a way that violates Apple's App Store Terms or applicable law.
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version always lives at this page.
