One & Done · Last updated: September 11, 2026
The short version: One & Done has no accounts, no servers, and no tracking. It doesn't collect, store, or transmit your personal information. Everything happens on your device.
None. One & Done does not collect, log, sell, or share any personal data. There is no sign-up, no user account, and no analytics or advertising software of any kind.
With your permission, One & Done reads and updates the reminders already in the Apple Reminders app so it can show your one thing to do and mark tasks complete. This happens entirely on your device through Apple's EventKit framework. Your reminders stay in Apple Reminders — One & Done does not copy them to any server and adds no hidden data to them. If you use iCloud, your reminders sync through Apple under Apple's privacy policy, not ours.
If Apple Intelligence is available on your device, One & Done may use Apple's on-device Foundation Models to help order your tasks. This processing runs locally on your device. One & Done does not send your tasks to us or to any third party.
A few preferences — such as which lists you've turned off and which task is currently pinned — are stored locally on your device using the system's standard storage. This information never leaves your device and is removed if you delete the app.
One & Done includes no third-party SDKs, trackers, or advertising networks, and shares no data with anyone.
One & Done does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
